3.1 Free Services

Registration and basic use are free. No payment is taken and no refund applies.

3.2 Portal Service Membership Plans

• Portal plans are digital services that begin as soon as they are activated, and benefits such as contact views and messaging are used immediately.
•  Portal plan fees are non-refundable once the plan is activated.
• Fees are not refundable for change of mind, not finding a match, or account suspension or termination due to breach of our Terms.

3.3 Personalised Service Plans

• Cancellation after service starts: [no refund / partial refund proportionate to the unused period and number of profiles not yet shared, after deducting charges for services already provided].
• Refund is not available once the plan period has ended or the committed number of profiles has been shared.
• If you find a match, get engaged or married during the plan, the plan will be treated as complete and no refund is due.

3.4 Situations Where a Refund May Apply

• Duplicate or excess payment made by mistake.
• Payment deducted but the plan was not activated, after we confirm it with our payment partner.
• Failure by us to provide the paid service for reasons within our control, after we have first been given a fair chance to fix it.
• Any refund that is required under applicable consumer law.

3.5 How to Request a Refund

• Email info@rkhumsafar.com from your registered  email.
• Give your name, profile ID, payment date, amount, transaction ID and the reason.
• We will acknowledge your request within [3] working days and inform you of the decision within [7] working days.

3.6 Refund Method and Timeline

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within [7-14] working days of approval. Bank or gateway processing times may vary. Payment gateway charges, if any, may be non-refundable. Refunds are not made in cash.
